Reality Check

When observing the world a lot of people each have a different perspective on things entirely. Usually a lot of that is a reflection of who they are as a person entirely. As if their eyes were projecting what they currently feel, think and the outcomes assumed based off past experiences and patterns of their own behaviour, onto everything before them. This involves both their opinions on the particular thing or situation, expectations, assumptions, along with their reaction to that emotionally. These behavioural patterns reflecting their reactions are usually due to assumptions based off fear, delusional, denial, desire, anger, and such. Without being open-minded while assuming things based off what you already know, these create judgments which closes the door to the possibility to having any other experience towards this particular thing unless it is too extreme to ignore, leaving you with the same outcome and view on it. Some people believe the world is beautiful, full of light and possibility, while others see the darkness lurking in the streets, and the suffering forced upon those walking them. They are so certain with what they believe to be true, they never doubt it. So which perspective is reality? Which one is the correct answer? All of them are, and none of them are. I believe reality is not a single answer. As things are just things, what they reflect from within you is what you see in it, giving it meaning, making it more than just matter. I believe reality is built up of several different angles, and like a mirror, those angles are reflecting how you think, feel, and perceive things. Each angle being a different perspective or side of the world that matches with the energy you put out into it, being a variety of statements, situations and things you define as the truth. Reality is simply a perspective you claim to be real. When you think something of a particular thing, it creates a perspective, an acknowledgment of an angle of the reality, creating an emotional response.

Have you ever felt alone while being surrounded by other people? What if I told you that you really were? Your body is with them, but the rest of you is elsewhere. As if no one can truly see you without understanding how you feel, think or see things to the extent that you do, or without being compatible to it. When you feel very negative emotions, it is known to make you feel alone. Unaware if anyone is in the same state you are in, as you cannot physically detect it unless you communicate. This is why when someone relates to you on it, and is compatible with how you feel, you don’t feel so alone or invisible, as you feel seen beyond than just your body. Without currently or previously experiencing this angle, could you really see them or their version of reality? It simply would not exist for you, as you could only sympathize to even remotely aqquire a glimpse of it.

Others can experience a coffee shop full of tired people drinking their coffee, being like a phone charger connecting their phone to the outlet, gaining more and more energy, until it has the required amount to take on the tasks ahead of them, for a certain period of time. A start to a new day, full of new opportunities, promise and experiences, that make each day unique and beautiful in their own way. Yet on the other hand, another can be  experiencing a room full of people who are reliving the same day as every other, meaninglessly and repetitively until the day their bodies are more sick, tired and broken apart then they are, leading to certain death. A life entirely based off having to work for the coin, that gives them the bare minimum to be able to stay alive. A life of simply survival and discipline, and for what? Yet despite both different perspectives, physically it was the same room, full of the same people. So how do you know which is the truth? They are all the teuth, they are a reflection of you. You can only determine what is your truth, since every person experiences reality in a different way.

Trauma or mental illness can tie you down to a certain angle, based off paranoia, fear, anger, chaos and such, making it 10x more difficult, than one in which you perceive based off the way you choose to think, which takes a lot more effort and energy. Strengthening your mind and redirecting it can do more than you could ever know, through a certain period of time. It is important to always be open to all possibilities, beyond what you already know or have been told. Nobody is better, nobody is worse than another, just simply on a different spectrum, in which they experience the world around them and apply to it. Therefore this has no relevance for comparison. Each person is on a different path with different qualities, baggage, knowledge, goals, material possessions, privileges, and such, that make them entirely different and unique.

Science tells you that you know what is real based off of the physical aspect of things, or something that can be backed up with evidence. As those things are the one thing any one is truly certain to be real in a single way. They can rely on what they see with their eyes, as everything else is unknown. It is told without evidence, it is not real, leaving us trapped, where the material world runs our everyday life, when it is simply a fraction of reality, the only one that has a single answer, while the vast majority is too complex to resolve. We are reliant on technology with precision and straightforward answers and solutions, with the click of a button. We get used to instantly and effortlessly finding what you want and not being left without any answers or solutions, without knowing how to do it for yourself when it matters. a lot of the time with the most important things, there's a lot that technology and external sources cant provide you with, while you don't know how to do it any other way, due to ignorance, and a lack of knowledge and experience.

People depend on externally being given the proper knowledge and solutions ahead of time, so they don't end up being trapped. They are used to being told what to think, feel, and how to see things without reflecting within themselves for the correct answer. They want to have everything figured out, and fear for the unknown and change, mostly assuming it would result in a negative way.  They're too concerned that they won't know what to do in the moment in which they were preparing for when it actually happens. They are uncomfortable entering the unknown, it gives them a sense of helplessness, imbalance and vulnerability, since you cannot prepare for which you do not know. They show a lack of trust in themselves and their abilities to do things on the spot without being told about it previously or having the right equipment for it, keeping them from trying new things and taking chances. They want to feel safe and comfortable so they accept where they are, without choosing to approach a new way of looking at things, doing things, or seeing things. Most people tend to look externally in order to change the world around them, when in reality they only ever had to look internally, to change their perspective of the world they claim to be the truth.

They don’t welcome change in what they already claim to be a certain way, not even really looking at it, to be able to observe what is truly there. Without having the correct answers and necessary tools, many are too uncomfortable to leave what they know, to experience something entirely different, full of opportunities waiting for them. Usually they're blocked due to fear, doubt, denial, judgments, past experiences, and distrust in themselves. If people could accept reality to be more than simply the material world and their stubborn perspective, without welcoming change, possibility or something new, then I believe they can alter their lives, and see things from a new angle, and a better one at that. I believe people have more control over things than they realize, simply based off how they think. On the most part to change the world around you in which you you dread, you must change yourself.
